1. What’s one thing in the past month you would have changed?
Hmmm… I don’t think I would have changed one darn thing last month. It was a pretty awesome month. Especially since Huzzy came home.

2. What was your favorite thing that happened in April? 
Huzzy came home from his last patrol for three years!

3. What are your plans for Memorial Day?
I have no clue yet, but Huzzy has plans for us!

4. Have you ever traveled Space A? If yes, where… if no, would you ever try it?
No, we haven’t… but I’d love to. In fact, I’d love to just walk up to the counter and go wherever we could go. I’m not normally that spontaneous, but I think it’d be awesome.

5. What are you looking forward to in May?
Hmm… Huzzy on leave all month. Enjoying Huzzy being home. Getting some stuff done in our house… hopefully new floors!

1. What’s one thing in the past month you would have changed?
Hmmm… I don’t think I would have changed one darn thing last month. It was a pretty awesome month. I’d love to have had Huzzy here, but that’s not something I can change.

2. What was your favorite thing that happened in March? 
Absolutely hands-down, it was when I was offered and started a job I have been wanting for three years. I’ve been here two weeks now and I’m just loving it so far!

3. Check your phone… who was the last person you called and what is your favorite thing about them?
That would be my mom! I talk to her every few days and email pretty much all the other ones. I love that she’s level-headed and while concerned and always willing to help- she’s not intrusive or a know-it-all.

4. If you were a crayon, what color would you be and why?
I would be sky blue because I love blue and I absolutely love seeing clear blue sky!

5. What are you looking forward to in April?
I’m looking forward to Huzzy being home sometime this month… he’s finishing his last patrol before we do three years of shore duty. Yaaaaay!!

1. What is your favorite/most unique anniversary/birthday gift from your spouse? suggested by Bel at Being a Better Me
I think for our first anniversary: he bought me a pearl necklace that matched the pearl earrings that he had given me for Christmas (just weeks earlier since I didn’t see him until March that year!). He had purchased the necklace and earrings in Guam when he was there with his boat.

2. What’s your first thought when you see it’s snowing (or what would you say if you don’t live somewhere with snow? suggested by Poekitten from Many Waters
If it’s just coming down and not going to stick or make things a pain, I’m at the point where I can think it is pretty again. But if it’s going to stick and make roads and drivers nuts around here, I groan. I had way more than enough snow living in Michigan for nearly 28 years.

3. What’s one thing in the past month you would have changed?  suggested by Erika from Chambanachik
Hmmm… I don’t think I’d change anything. Nothing really horrible happened in February. Of course, I’d love to have changed the WEATHER and given us some more sunshine!

4. What was your favorite thing that happened in February? 
Oh gosh… I think it is just spending some good time hanging out with one of my best friends. Both our husbands are gone now and she’s struggling at times with her two young children.

5. What are you looking forward to in March?
Hopefully being offered a job! If not, NOT having a job is what will terrify me! That and hopefully warmer weather.  LOL
